Heather Steinberg - Principal / Director
Heather is admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland. Heather graduated from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) in 1999 with a Bachelor of Laws Degree. She has completed the Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice (QUT) and the Practice Management Course (QLS). She is currently undertaking postgraduate study in Master of Laws (QUT).
Prior to establishing her practice, Heather served as a Police Officer in Queensland working in both General Duties and Police Prosecutions. During this time Heather was responsible for prosecuting a variety of offences from Public Nuisance to Murder, Speeding Tickets to Dangerous Driving. Heather also prosecuted matters in the Childrens' Court, Drug Court and Murri Court. She has assisted the Court with Coronial Matters and the Domestic Violence Court. As such, Heather has a indepth understanding of the Police Service and knowledge of the Queensland Court system resulting in her ability to provide her clients with quality representation.

Heather is passionate about child safety and protection and in her spare time works towards better protection of children, improved legislation and safeguards for child victims. Heather is working towards establishing a system to assist child victims to ensure the rights of the child victim are upheld and protected. |
